This policy explains how Teacher Side Ops LLC handles information in Teacher Side. Teacher Side provides teacher-controlled drafting and organizational support, not autonomous educational decisions. Teachers review and decide what is used.
Information we handle
Account details you provide, content you create or upload, and education context your school or district has authorized Teacher Side to access.
How it is used
Only to prepare reviewable drafts and organized context for the teacher, to operate and secure the service, and to support your account. We do not sell personal information.
Protection and hosting
Teacher Side uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and is hosted in AWS us-east-1.
Retention
Customer data is purged 90 days after contract termination or earlier at district request.
Schools and districts
Teacher Side supports FERPA/COPPA-aligned handling and district Data Processing Agreement review.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe.
