Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Teacher Side Ops LLC ("Teacher Side") for use of the service at teacherside.site. By using Teacher Side, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
Teacher Side provides teacher-controlled drafting and organizational support. It is not a system for autonomous educational decisions. It does not automatically send family communications, issue final grades, make discipline decisions, or diagnose students. Teachers review, edit, and decide what is used.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing any draft before use, for following your school's and district's policies, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Availability
Teacher Side commits to 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance on Sundays from 02:00 to 04:00 ET.
For eligible annual contracts, a pro-rated remedy may apply if availability falls below 98% for two consecutive months, subject to the applicable agreement.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. School and district terms are confirmed during procurement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
